This registry registers adult patients with a rare disease adult chronic neutropenia based on the nation-wide survey results, and accumulates the medical data on test values, diagnoses, the details of treatment and prognosis. Analysis of this registry data will clarify the actual status of medical care and issues of chronic neutropenia to use it as the basic data for preparation of the practice guidelines.
