Overview of registry |
An investigator-initiated clinical trial to investigate efficacy and safety of rituximab for steroid resistant pemphigus is being conducted. The objective of this registry is rapid case series by understanding of the candidate subjects of the planned investigator-initiated clinical trial (study title: An investigator-initiated open-label, single-arm, multicenter phase II clinical study on IDEC-C2B8 in patients with steroid resistant pemphigus. Hereinafter, “P-IDEC study”) by the study group with the registry. It is considered significant if the study group understands the candidate subjects with this registry because rapid consideration whether rituximab is effective for steroid resistant pemphigus becomes possible.
